I find having diet/weight loss goals quite depressingly dull, so I’m shifting my attention to becoming as healthy as I can be rather than merely restricting my intake of food and obsessing over the scales. I love food and cooking too much to live on diet foods. Low cal foods just don’t live up to the real thing; I’d rather have less of the full fat version than twice the amount of the additive-filled diet option.
