Have had neck pain for 5-6 years. This year I found out its cos my posture is so poor at work and because I am tall. Slouching at work, the worker drone leans on his elbow, thus causing pain and irritability as he battles with his pc and the daily frustrations of being a drone. I am beating it now. Chin in, shoulders back and down, thus I defeat you neckpain. I now feel as if I am falling over backwards and I am 2 inches taller when walking about. But the pain has gone.
