build a website for my parents business

2 years later this project still hasn’t begun. Can’t even count how much work I’ve done for other people and yet we still can’t establish what they want. One day!

Going down the pre-built CMS road, and have started using Drupal. Finding out what they want is still the biggest problem though.

This has been in the works for ages. The big hurdle is contacting them to say “what do you actually want on this website”, rather than just coming up with ideas and offering, because it’ll be less effective a tool that way.
