We drew up some preliminary plans of what we want the basement to look like when it’s all said and done, and luckily all my ideas went over great! We talked to an aquaintance who is an electrician and we’ll get moving on getting the electric run down there as soon as it warms up a bit.

Subfloor or Walls? 2 years ago

I’m getting ready to start in on prepping the basement for this, but I’ve run into a conundrum. We want to put in a subfloor but I have no idea if that should go in before the outer walls go up or vica versa—anyone know?
