I got a didg for a gift when I ran an outback trip a few years ago. I got a couple of Ash Dargan CDs to learn the basics and I can get a decent note of out the didg, but I still can’t do the circular breathing thing. Mind you I haven’t tried all that hard to learn it either. Then I applied for a didg course last semester, but it was cancelled due to low numbers. I’d like to learn to play it better. I don’t think I’ll claim to be able to truly play until I can do the breathing things properly though.
