I am really trying to reduce my worrying, and I think it is getting better. I talked to my doctor about this and I am trying some differnt stress reducers and am trying not to put things off.

Well, today there wasn’t much to worry about. I am going to start reading that book tomorrow. Reading will only get me so far though. I need to learn what to let go!
I have bought a book called The Worry Handbook, which has 12 chapters. I figure I will do one a month and try to apply the principles. I am thinking about starting a journal as well. I am also going to try to reduce stress with some meditation.
