ugh

I am failing miserably at this because I’ve been working twelve hour days and eating poorly. I can’t stand looking at myself in the mirror yet I am so unmotivated to change; it’s hard to stay motivated when you’re doing it alone. I’m very disappointed in me.



The hard part is starting and keeping with it

Ever since I got out of high school I still ate like a teenager, never worrying about gaining weight because I could always work it off just as easily. I hadn’t put much thought into the fact that I would be less active, my metabolism would slow, and I would gain weight without noticing until now. I’m twenty pounds heavier than I have ever been and need to get back in shape. The goal is to lose thirty pounds of fat and gain some muscle in its place. The hard part is starting and keeping with it. Here goes nothing.
