I’m not an Oprah worshipper, or even a huge fan, however, I’ve never forgotten a special she did about being comfortable with yourself and developing confidence and esteem. One of the things she listed as a must do was seeing a movie by yourself. I hope to do this soon but it may take a pep talk from me to myself to get me there.
