now I only have the home equity line of credit to limit (cap) or pay off.

It used to be the thing people dreamed about.

I have about $10,000 to go 17 months ago

and after 14 years and a 15 year mortgage, that makes sense.

my taxes are $12,000 per year, and the mortgage escrow account makes that seem not so much.
