move to hawaii

Next trip in 125 days. My mainland properties are for ale but no bites yet. I am hoping at least one sells before this August trip so we can purchase land with cash while there. Wish me luck peeps!

My countdown started at over 800 days and I am now at 590. I will hit the 400’s on April 19. I am starting to put real estate up for sale in prep for a more simple life in the islands (and to finance it). Follow my progress at: http://www.theboysgreatescape.blogspot.com/

We made the decision to pull up stakes and move but not for about a years and a half. We have done a lot of research which I blog about ( http://www.theboysgreatescape.blogspot.com/ ). Maybe something I have discovered there will help others with the dream. We’re headed back to the big island and Kauai in March for more exploration of neighborhoods and towns.
