I’m not sure where the root lies, so it’s hard to fix it.
I get anxious because I feel like I’m constantly watched and judged. This is intertwined with self esteem and confidence problems.
It’s difficult to fight, because it’s like no matter how much I get myself to relax, I tense right back up and it only causes more problems because people can read that coming off of me.
Or maybe it’s all in my head, and people don’t know and don’t care.
