I’ve lost 7 pounds. I’m only 3 pounds away from my original goal, but I think I really want to lose 6 more pounds. I seem to be losing a pound a week. It’s definitely hard, though.

I’ve lost a couple of pounds, and I really feel thinner. I’ve cut my portions to almost half of what I used to eat, and I’m slowly introducing healthier foods into my diet. If I can just stay on track, I think I will get there this time.
I need to get serious about this. I’ve gained a couple more pounds than I started out with. I blame sugar. I’m starting tomorrow eating way healthier than I have been.
I really don’t know how much I weigh, but I have gone back to my old eating habits. Tomorrow, I’m going to start back eating healthier and exercising. I’m going on a trip, and I would feel better about myself if I could lose the 10 pounds by then.
This week I did pretty good. I lost another pound this week. In the past couple of weeks, I have lost a total of 3 pounds.
I weighed, and I lost another pound this morning. Hopefully, I won’t gain what I have lost back. So far, I have lost 2 pounds total.
So, I really need to get serious about this again. I can’t hide in winter clothes much longer.
About the middle of last week, I noticed I had lost another pound. I haven’t lost that much, but my clothes are definitely a little looser. The one thing I have been consistent with is trying to exercise 6 days a week, and it seems to be working.
I probably won’t weigh again until Saturday.
I haven’t been overeating, and I’ve been exercising regularly. So far, I don’t think I’ve lost anymore weight, though. Hopefully, by Saturday, I will see some results.
I went grocery shopping, and I bought a lot of fruit and veggies, so I have no excuse to not eat healthy this week.
