Looking into a class

Looking into a gym class near me that I might start in the New year when the snow goes away and I can drive again :)



Miles and miles

I went to the park with a friend and walked for miles out of nowhere! Also going orienteering for the next two weekends! Can’t wait!



Healthy

I have been fairly healthy lately, other than a bout of the flu. I have been eating well and I just started cycling again!



Sleeping well.

I am in a good sleep routine and eating well.



Highs and Lows man..

It’s a health low right now. Continuing to get random symptoms likeheart palpitations and skin rashes. I have such bad circulation I swear I secretly need a heart transplant and just don’t know it.

I am trying to get back into a normal sleeping routine which is going well.



Working out and eating.

I have eating proper meals even though I’m only getting up at like 5pm. Today I had breakfast and two hours later I had a massive curry for dinner lol! I just told myself to eat even though I wasn’t mad hungry.

And I started the twohundredsitups challange. (Google it) I’m already quite proud of my stomach.



Yay!

Finally finsihed my school year and feeling pretty good!

Thankfully not getting any dizzy spells anymore so quite happy. I’m waiting for a gym near me to open up so I can join it! Can’t wait!



Energy

Have slightly more energy last week althought I’m getting spells of light headedness.

I even went out cycling three times!



Ugh

The stay healthly part definatly isn’t working. I get up at half four in the day and go to sleep at 6am. My toes varying from turning purple to bright red because I have such bad circulation. The last few days I’ve felt so tierd it actually hurt. Like physically hurt. I survive on two meals a day, on of ceral and another, usually a pot noddle, because I still have no appitite. And anytime I think about the work I have to do for next week I jsut get totally overwhelmed with stress. Even taking a shower seems like a mammoth task now.



Flu

Was struck down by flu for 2 weeks, still only getting over it now. The massive stress levels were definatly not helping recovery.

I have two weeks off now for holidays so I have a good two weeks to dedicate to getting well.
