Starting from today,little things that need to be put under my control.
Instead of smoking 10 or more cigarettes as I usually do,I managed to stick to the promise I made to myself and I only smoked 3 until now (08:55 p.m)and I’m allowed to smoke one more after I’m done with my study.
My eating habits need to be put under my control as well,and this is the biggest challenge for me,cause I’m a sucker for everything tasty and I love sweets,but I’m sure I’ll manage to control the “beast” to some extent.
I also need to catch up with my studies in a timely manner and luckily,Christmas is not too far away and I’ll have plenty of time to study in the holidays.
Even the small change I made today,made me feel pretty darn good!I do believe that life needs to be spontaneous and not to be put in a schedule,but always in moderation.Having control of your life and of yourself as much as you are allowed to,keeps you organized and moving in order to be able to live the important moments of your life to the fullest.
