I want to get fit, but not necesarily loose weight. I’m only 140 pounds, so I dont have anything to loose. I need to lower my cholesterol (which I am already doing), and just concentrate on the fitness.
Life will be better when I can afford a new mountain bike…. which will give me a more constant activity.
Since my knees dont hold up to running, I want to get a good quality skipping rope (one that flies rather than floats).
