I am in a size 14 :)

And feel great with it – feeling good that I could be a size 12 by my birthday (Feb) :) on track for a size 10 by the time I am 40!



Slowly but surely it is coming off......

I am loving this goal – so far this year I have gone rom a size 22 to a size 16 and still going strong…....healthy eating and excercise is how it is happening and I feel great doing it and starting to look good too :)

Still loads to lose ….but I now know I am going to do it…..because I am doing it!



Be true to myself .....

I love the excercise but need to get back onto my healthydiet! I watch these weight loss programmes and feel disappointed and irritated by those who eat badly when trying to loose weight! BUT…..this is what I do! It is driving me crazy…just one more treat/ can eat that because I have run 5k aaarrrrggghhhhh

I know how to eat healthily …just need to get on with it and re-focus!!!

Reset this goal on Dec 1st 2011 – put on 2 lbs over Chistmas but have lst 17lbs in total.

Enjoying the healthy food and loving the exercise – feel really motivated to do this!

2lbs a week – 51 weeks to go!

Didn’t go over calories either – even better!

Just another 365 days to go ….. At least!



Currently pregnant

Currently pregnant and still over weight.

Will be on weight loss when on maternity leave but will eat healtily from now till the end of my pregnancy.

Getting into the routine of logging everything I eat! Signed up to weightloss resources again and my goal is to use it every day!



First assessment

Bit disapointed because of the drugs I am on for my Kidneys they are sending my details through to be refered back from my doctor! They also took my Blood Pressure and it was really high which I found abit weird because I hadn’t had any issues for weeks.

Anyway, have decided to do this anyway…..If I can do it with them them great but if not I will find another support. I have used Weight loss resources before might look them up again :)



This will not be another false start!

So I have started diets over and over but, this is a long term goal. The running will help but, I am keen to instill healthy eating practices for Florence to learn.

So, the first step is I have joined the weight management programmme the NHS is doing through Pierremont pharmacy and have my first session in July. Would like to be a comfortable size 16 for that session.
