Try Paddle boarding

So I have found out where I can do it and that they can hire me out a wet suit. So I am working to drop to a size 16 before I give it a try – it has to be this summer!

Also doing loads of core muscle workouts in the gym as prep!

Really fancy this – seen people down on Viking bay doing this over the past few years and really fancy it.

I have found out that the surf school down the road do it and hire out wet suits …...planning to do this when the weather gets abit warmer ;)
