Alright, i met a guy and slacked off of this goal. Last time I checked, my body fat had gone from 23% to 26%. But, I’m back on track. Right now, I’m shooting for the 23% again.

Alright, my digital bodyfat tester should be here next week. I’ve tweaked my diet yet again and lost another 5lbs. I have no clue what my % is now.

I really need to get my body fat retest but I’m a little nervous about it. Plus, my gym aparently doesn’t like to test their members more than ONCE. Which is total bullshit. SO, I actually have to convince someone to do it and I just keep putting it off because what if my % is the same as it was 1 1/2 months ago. It’s a very stressfull little number, that bastard.

I’ve done so well thru the holiday season but I gorged myself over the last 3 days. I don’t feel guilty though. I don’t do it often and I think of it as a reward for accomplishing my goals. And, I’m willing to burn off ALL of those calories!

I have been keeping a food log for the last 3 weeks. I have noticed that I am consuming more fat than I thought. Some of it healthy but in quantities that are too high. I eat way to many peanut butter sandwiches. they are easy to fix. And a co worker of mine brings me crap from the cafeteria and if i have forgotten my lunch and can’t go home, I end up chowing down on it. I’ve got to make an effort to cut back. my water intake has dropped off as well. It has been about one month since I was tested and i have lost about 4lbs since then. But my gym does not like to test body fat every month. So, i’m not sure how to get around that.



My next step 4 years ago

Ok, this is my new goal. Thus far I have lost about 37 lbs. I had my body fat tested at the gym last week and it is 27.4% Wow. I try not to beat myself up over it because think how much it must have been 37lbs ago. I figure somewhere around 4-6 months will get me to my 20%. The challenge is to keep my body in weight loss mode. It is much much harder to loss weight now than it was 3 months ago. Before, any little effort had a major impact. Now, I have to bust my ass for tiny rewards. I’m hoping my body will re adjust soon.
