Vegan banana bread!!

Yay!!! I made kick ass vegan banana bread yesterday. It’s about time something came out right. I found a really cool veggie cookbook called Laurel’s Kitchen. I’m psyched!!

Alright, I began this on Monday. I’ve tried to make bread in my bread machine.It did not rise, and tasted like ass. I tried some sort of squash/tofu saute dish that also came out poorly and last night I made vegan choc chip cookies. they were ok but I suppose anything with massive amounts of chocolate will taste fine. I’m going to a friends house tommorrow who promised to help me out. Wish me luck!
