become stronger Physically and Mentally

I want to become strong so I can survive and earn respect at the same time. I’m tired of being weak. I been working out lately. I been training my arms so I can punch faster and stronger at the same time. A lot of my friends are treating me like some kind of weak helpless boy. I’m fed up with it so I’m trying to get stronger so I can show them.
