My mom, sister and I made a huge batch of lefse yesterday. I did a lot of the rolling and although they started out amoeba shaped, by the end most of mine were pretty round.

My mom and I didn’t get around to making lefse yet this holiday season, so I still have a chance to practice. Usually she rolls and I (wo)man the lefse iron, but eventually I’m going to have to learn how to roll that darn dough. I’m really bad at it, my pieces usually come out amoeba shaped, rather than round.
