For now I’m going to count walking to work as my exercise and once that is a habit I’ll add in some weight training. My work has an on-site fitness center and the monthly membership costs less than a week of lattes.

Ahem

So, yeah, not doing so good at this one. I’ve been walking in the morning, but it’s more leisurely, meditative walking and not so much exercise. I need a pack of wild dogs chasing me or something. Maybe just a collection of upbeat songs on the Shuffle would help.
