stop snoozing...

i have been doing extremely well on this goal – i have been getting up trouble-free. however, i know that when i become content, that’s when i will fall back to the old habit. i want to keep this habit even during the holidays. when the alarm goes off, get up.



won't need this today...

i am pulling an all-nighter… so no need to bother to get up when alarm goes off.. haha…



got up at 7am this morning

got up this morning at 8am

It wasn’t hard to get up at 8am this morning. It was amazing how human body works once a habit is forming. Considering what happened yesterday, I was very surprised that I could get up.

Anyways, I got up, had some tea and an apple. I don’t know if the apple was poisonous :) or my emotions start to impair my physical conditions, I was feeling sick and had to buff a couple times.

I just want to get through the finals. God help me.



get flowers tomorrow morning....

i want to get some nice fresh flowers from trader joe tomorrow as soon as it’s open… it will bring nice smell into my room and bring the fresh energy to a new day.

i will try my best to get up at 8am!!!



not sure about tomorrow morning

i know that my mood determines my life… so if i go to bed with a depressing mood, for the next morning most likely i will not be able to get up – it’s not because of i couldn’t, it’s because i just refuse to. i would rather hide in bed rather than doing things. we will see what happens… hope the air changes in the morning



Up!

i am very sleepy… i could fall back to the bed any moment while i am typing. but i was UP at 8am! will definitely take some naps today after all classes are done.



now i really need to go to sleep

it’s 5:30am in the morning – i will have to get up at 7:30am – two hours of sleep. i know i will be so tired the whole day!



got up BEFORE 7am!!

it becomes easier to get up. it’s becoming a habit! :)



i want to get up at 7am tomorrow (today)

it has been two consecutive successful “getting up early” days!! i want to get up at 7am tomorrow – so i can take a great shower, eat some breakfast and then head to school early. i am actually looking forward to it! what a change – even myself is amazed…
