Have more self discipline

to study these chapters on the CD… i have to come up with something to entertain myself through pages and pages of horrible writings on this CD. how about playing a game with myself? see if i can finish ten pages in ten minutes? anyways, it’s really boring and painful!! maybe i will try the laps timing lol

i was watching this class video – i constantly stopped to browse the web, to get something to eat, to check my phone, to get up and wondering around…. an one-hour twenty mintues video took me more than three hours to finish!! it’s not that the content was difficult, it’s because i am missing the self-discipline.

i need to gain the self-discipline back.
