I'm continuing to not take pilates lessons, and managing to feel good about it. 3 years ago

I got both an email and a phone call from the pilates instructor, which I think should count as forward motion on the goal.

Of course when I got home and called her back she was out, so I still haven’t made direct contact. But it’s so close to happening. Can you feel the excitement?

Still haven’t gotten close to doing one crunch, but (insert justification for “feel pretty positive about it all” here.) How pathetic is it that I can’t actually think of a good justification? Oh well, I still feel positive.

Happy is good.

Must remember the feeling when I finally do start lessons and my mid-section is all sore and I’m feeling pathetic – I’m looking forward to lessons. Once actually doing lessons and trying to think of a justification for quiting lessons because I’m basically a lazy person who doesn’t enjoy working out – must try and reconnect with the happy woman I am today, who is eager to start lessons.

I got a message back from the pilates instructor. Good timing, she is setting up a new schedule and has time for me. She’s going to call me (hopefully today) and set up a time slot for me.

So my friend found this great teacher who is still getting certified (even though she is teaching at a great studio) so her rates are super cheap. One on one lessons on the equipmment are half the price of a group lesson with anyone else.

I’ve had her contact info for weeks now, but finally got around to sending her an email today. I’ve promised myself that if I don’t hear from her by Thursday I’ll call her cell phone.
