This is soooo not happening

...and dear body of mine, for that I am truly sorry. Forgive me.



I feel better

Going to bed is so nice…however, because I’m so use to going to bed late I either spend an hour reading…or I turn out the lights and can’t fall asleep. I spend at least 1/2h tossing and turning. It’s annoying and I’m not use to it…I’m usually out like a light as soon as I hit the pillow! What’s going on? Is my body rejecting good ol’ fashioned sleep! NOOOOOO…..



It's not happening

I’m a night owl…I can’t help myself! I’ve made it in bed by 10:30 about 3 times since I’d given myself this goal. I work best at night…maybe it’s clarity, maybe it’s lack of disturbance…either way it works for me…is that so wrong?
