im in the works of putting together my events planning llc and have been trying to think of different ways to “brand” myself and my organization. one of the things i have decided to do is use only lower case letters in all my typing and documents because a: hitting the shift key all the time is annoying and disrupts the rhythm of my typing. b: i think all lower case is easier on the eye and smoother to read and c: i type much, much faster typing in all lower case. typing in all lower case is also distinct and not something that most people do so its a good thing to do if you want someone to remember you.
since i have made the decision a few months ago to only type in lower case, i make 60% less mistakes and feel much more efficient translating my thoughts through to the keyboard. as a devout pen and paper writer, sometimes its hard for me to “write” on a computer. anyhow, i think if i stick with this lower case typing plan i’ll be up to super speeds in no time!
