keep my car clean

I have to go in for overtime training this afternoon and part of driving to work today involves going to the downtown store first and picking up my district manager who is here all week from Las Vegas. I’ve been doing really well about keeping my car clean lately, regular washes, tossing out all trash, not leaving stuff in it to clutter it up, but it could really use a good hoovering and another wash. Honestly, this should be the last thing I should be throwing my money at, but I absolutely don’t have the time to hand wash/vacuum and impressing the DM is really important to me.

So yesterday I made a plan to go to Target and get a hose + all sorts of supplies needed to wash my car myself, since my building has a faucet spout outside.

So I picked up car suds, a scrub brush, some wax, etc. (I already have all the interior stuff I need, so that’s taken care of) And then I found out after wandering around Target for 30 minutes that Target doesn’t sell hoses? Arg.

So, I’m almost there. I almost had enough motivation to do it all in one swoop…

I thought I was soooo good getting my car washed again on Tuesday, until I saw the rain all over on Wednesday.

I even got new car smell fragrance pumped in. Awesome.

I got my car washed today and they charged me $3 extra because it was so dirty. HAH!

This is something I have been REALLY horrible about doing lately.

I mean, SUPER horrible.

Well, the inside is ok. I keep all the trash out of it but it could use a vaccum.

The outside….well. Let’s not talk about the outside.

I need to get my car washed. Good god.
