Today I messed up because I was late for work, brushing slipped my mind. I remembered but by the time it was time to go it was too late :(. I feel gross because of it..
I bought a Soniccare tooth brush and I love it..Very nice and clean teeth. I’ve been flossing everyday with good results, my mouth just feels cleaner it’s nice. ;) I hope I can keep up the good work even when I have tough things going on in my life that distract me from, say, flossing everyday!
