Thanks to my parents, I had the luxury of visiting Italy for ten days in 8th grade, being an exchange student in Germany my junior year of high school, and studying art history in Italy to help with my art credits one summer during college.
From the very first trip, it really changed the way I felt about and dealt with other people … everyone should experience different cultures and all types of individuals. I’m a better person for it. It was a real eye-opener.
Viva la France, but I’m also proud to be an American.
