I cannot do this
...but my dad used to be a personal trainer and in times when ive randomly decided that i needed to learn to do pullups he would tell me to practice jumping up into pullup position and slowly lower myself down…or standing on something so that you just get to the top of a pullup and lower yourself down….as much as you can…slowly you get better.
and i know it uses less of your arms than you think…its mostly abs and back.
