This goal will have to be put on hold. I’ve already gained a few pounds and I am only 2 months into the pregnancy. I’m keeping this on here with the knowledge that this will probably be a goal for next fall.

But I am determined to be thin and healthy! I am still eating good food and getting lots of walks/runs in.
It is not like my whole diet is blown or anything. But I’ve been at this weight for 4 weeks! Man, it sucks when I really try without the desired results…And then I start slipping which has happened to a small extent over the last few weeks. I’ve had some social and work obligations that made me cut out or reduce my daily exercise due to lack of time AND I have often been placed around yummy “bad” food. I ate some but never really went nuts. So this the power-punch combo has me stuck. I have been having REALLY good lunches to make up (fruit & yogurt). I also bowed out of a opening night party of a play my husband did the set for (I went to the play, of course)to avoid the food and alcohol late in the night. I am going to a puppet slam at midnight and will drink nothing but water. So hopefully getting back up to speed on exercise will do the trick in the upcoming week to at least shed one pound.
And like I said before, I’m doing it safely and sensibly…adapting a new lifestyle instead of dieting.
Well, I am finally down to 130…Officially 15 pounds lighter than when I began. I am half way to my goal and I feel and look a LOT better. I’m looking forward to more success ahead. I realize now that it may take a good bit of time. But my newly aquired food and exercise habits have given me a new lease on life. And given me the tools I need to get the job done no matter how long it may take.
I’m down to 132 pounds. It took another month to loose one pound again! This is taking a while but I am trying to eat healthy and exercise, not starve myself or just eat veggies, etc. I keep trying to remember that this is a lifestyle change, not a diet.
Also, I am only 5 feet tall. So that is why my goal weight is so low. I saw others with this goal WANTING anorexia…I want to distance myself from such madness and clarify my particular situaltion.
But I did go one vacation for 5 days and I have lost inches…But it is still frustrating to remain at the same weight for 3 weeks. I WILL LOOSE AT LEAST ONE POUND THIS WEEK!
God this is really taking some time…but at least I am loosing and not gaining!
Well, for some reason it took me almost a month to loose a pound! Hopefully this is the start back I need to continue gradual, but steady weight loss…so only 19 pounds to go (which for some reason sounds like a lot less than 20).
Well, I’ve been stuck here a couple of weeks now…I’ve got to get on the ball to get off this plateau!
