Getting back into it 3 weeks ago

Monday – rest day
Tuesday – 1.5 hours of salsa dance
Wednesday – worked out my arms/shoulders – 45 mins at gym
Thursday – nothing
Friday – Worked out legs, sprints on treadmill – 1 hour at gym
Saturday – Body attack – 1 hour of intense cardio
Sunday (tomorrow) – Jacobs ladder (climbing steps) – 40 mins – 1 hour

If I stick to doing my cardio workout tomorrow, I will be on track!

Monday – lifted weights for 40 minutes + 15 mins of cardio
Tuesday – did a circuit/aerobics class
Wednesday – ....muscle recovery day
Thursday – 20 minute run (lazy day)

Friday – MUST GO TO GYM TOMORROW. NO excuses

Monday: felt sick (feeling the effects of easter lunch) so did nothing

Tuesday: walk 1 hour

Wednesday: walk 1 hour

Thursday: ABT aerobics class (1 hour)

Friday: Walk (1 hour)

Saturday: weight at the gym (1 hour)

Sunday: Exercise in the park (1 hour)



Want to up the ante 8 months ago

So I have slacked off a bit…here’s what I did this week…

Monday: 1 hour pump class

Tuesday: 1 hour walk

Wednesday: Nothing

Thursday: ABT (abs, butt and thighs) aerobics class

Friday: Nothing

Saturday: 1 hour of weights/cardio at gym

Ok, it’s not that bad, but I’m not training as intensely as I used to . Want to get back in touch with my personal trainer and start seeing him again on a regular basis.

I was going so strong with my exercise…maybe I overdid it, because today I tore a muscle in my leg. Not cool.

Will take tomorrow off and do some serious trigger point therapy/massaging.

I am determined to be at bootcamp on thursday and feel good sprinting down the court!

Wednesday 28: super circuit
Thursday 29:weights
Friday 30: nothing :(
Saturday 31: rode bike to gym and lifted weights.

Exercised 6 times this week. Every time I go to the gym, it’s money in the bank!

Monday – pilates
Tuesday – weights and step
Wednesday – circuit
Thursday – Step class and salsa dancing
Friday – circuit class
Saturday – rest day
Sunday – Weights and cardio

Over 6 hours worth of training. I’m determined to keep it going.
