Spinach and Cheese Omelette – 1.5 eggs, 1 slice of colby-jack, ~ 1/4 cup frozen spinach heated in the microwave, black pepper and garlic powder, ~ 1.5 tbsp Country Crock
1 cup White Grape Pomegranate juice w/ 1 cup water
1 cup ginger green tea w/o sweetener or cream
I could have omitted the cheese and avoided the juice, but overall this is better than eating packaged cereal or toast, etc.
Edit: Didn’t do so hot today – I won’t give the details – but there’s always tomorrow.
