Walked 3.5 miles in 40 minutes today
Messed around with my Thigh Master for 15 minutes, haha

I weighed myself on Sunday or Monday and I was 136 lbs. It’s not my goal to lower that number – it’s really my goal to exercise for clearer thoughts, energy, about 50% less jiggle, and to eventually walk 4 miles in 30 minutes (if that’s possible).
