Continue down the road I’m on. Hit my goals, distances and enjoy it. Don’t be a gym rat but keep learning, keep going and use it for the sports I do throughout the week.

Swim a mile  — 1 year ago

I’m up to half a mile at the moment. I couldn’t do 50m when I started about 5 months ago. So I decided to just add 25m every time I went. After about 3-4 months I just deceided to go for as long as I could and hit 400m, then 5, then 7 then 750. So I’m going to keep going until I hit a mile

Kitesurf, Kiteboard  — 1 year ago

Continue to kite and get to the coast when it’s windy. Be able to front, backloop, railey, wave ride and carve, come upwind toeside by November 07. Realise that there’s gonna be a whole load of wipeouts but just to pick myself up and get back on it
