Weight: 209.8 lbs
Body Fat: 29%
I have put on a little weight since the last time I’ve got on the scale. This is something that is not unusual because whenever I get down to around 207 – 209 my body likes to balloon up again. It happens everytime and then I have to start from scratch. Not this time though, this time I’m going to do what I can to make sure it doesn’t happen.

I think I’m going to start dating my entires for this goal because it’s going to be a long term one. If something great happens I may add a little extra to the title but that is about it.

According to my sparkpeople thing I had some strength training to do sometime today. It’s great because the website actually gives you some exercises to do.
The biggest problem is was that I was coming up with excuses to not do the exercises. This is one of my biggest problems but tonight when I was in the middle of making another excuse I said “Fuck it”, rolled up the carpet, broke out my yoga mat and did the exercises. I feel great.
I do have to work on my arms…a lot. I could only do about three push-ups. Sometime I will be able to to the entire rep.
Well, that’s the update!

Due to the way the challenges work on 43Things I had to give up my old goal because I wasn’t able to add on extra days to the time.
The goal is was to be 160lbs by the middle of August. It had occured to me that losing the much weight in that little amount of time would be a very bad thing.
So, I joined up with SparkPeople (www.sparkpeople.com) to help me track everything from during this weight loss. With their help and my motivation I can do this.
