lately i’ve been so tired with being so busy that i can’t even get myself to stay awake past 11. I had a 5 page counseling paper due monday morning and as of sunday i hadn’t started it yet. I had plans for church from 9-12 (choir and youth leadership) a youth cookie party from 2 until ?? and then a knit meeting from 7-9pm. I left church on time, came home and worked on my paper for hours. I went to my knit meet but forced myself to work on my paper. I got home around 10:30 and just wanted to go to bed, but I made myself stay up until 12:30 working on the paper. I got up early the next morning and worked on it until I had to get ready and leave. I got to school and worked on it some more, finishing it up and adding all my citations and whatnot. The paper ended up being 12 pages long. With an hour to spare I headed over to the hemlock building and arranged my presentation. I went over my time limit (went for 20 minutes or so) but I feel good about it all. Glad I didn’t give up, because missing that bit of sleep would have been nothing compared to the defeat I would feel now had I not done it.

Went to the library yesterday for 2 and a half hours. Only left because they closed. I realize now that I have a lot work due soon and it is in my best interest to buckle down and get some work done while i can instead of causing myself the “last minute anxiety.”
I am going to college full time right now (19 credit hours yikes!) and just started a full time job…so i am in class 8-3 and working 3-12. i really need to go to bed when i am supposed to, make sure i keep doing my school work when it’s due…get my car inspected..stop falling in love with shoes i can’t resist then buying them only to find myself broke… I definately need to work on this all together.
