getting better at this again. I always eat out for lunch, but I normally limit myself to that. So I’m down to normally once a day. Still a lot though!

Not doing so well with this one, haven’t been for awhile.
:-( Plus I’ve been eating out a lot with friends in general.
And I’ve lost the motivation to cut down. I will keep this on my list for now, cuz eventually, I’d like to pull back again!
My main reason was financial – and applies to eating out in general. I ate out twice this week – and that was on the weekend to reward myself for not eating out ALL WEEK. (I use to eat lunch and dinner out every day!)
Yah yah it’s bad for you and all, I know. But REALLY, I just can’t afford to eat fast food everyday!
