I live in Santa Barbara CA, and if you have ever been to the beach on a beautiful day here you will have a complex! It is the land of GQ models and tight 20 somethings. IV beach is nicknamed MTV Spring break. i have never seen so many tight abs, sculpted thighs, and perky breasts in my life. With that said swim suit season is coming up and i am determined to lose at least 10 lbs. Heres the problem…i sit on my bum 40 hours a week at an office, and whenever i hang out with friends drinking beer and eating is involved. Is there a way to diet that is healthy and that only involves excersizing 30 minutes a day? PLEASE HELP!!
