whats the best way to go about applying for a job in this industry? There are tons of websites that want you to post your resume, become a member, etc. – that all cruise lines for the most part hire that way, as opposed to applying to individual cruise lines. Any advise from those already working for one, or who have? Are there any sites that do not require a fee for joining that are legit?
