Jon Lee was the drummer for Feeder, until he took his own life at his Miami home, 7th January 2001. He is buried at St. Woolos cemetery in Newport. Which, thanks to maporama.com, I worked out is a total distance of 217 km (2 hours by car) from where I am.
There was an open funeral, and I feel awful that I wasn’t able to attend.
I just want to pay my respects… the band’s music has influenced me in who I am and Jon was very much part of the core of Feeder during his life time.
