I did it, I got down to my pre pregnancy weight of 149. Then I found out I am pregnant again so I have come to terms with the fact that I’m going to gain it back, temporarily. I am okay with that!!

I have lost 8 pounds. I feel much better and my clothes are fitting better. I have been counting calories and exercising and it hasn’t been too bad. My husband and I are also eating way more healthy, so that’s good.
I’m trying to think of this as a permanent thing and not just a “diet”.
I have lost 3 pounds already. I can’t believe it!
And I am eating a reasonable amount of calories and exercising.

I will do this by increasing my exercise and cutting back on food. Limiting junk food, watching calories, and reducing portion sizes. Goal is to weigh 5 pounds less by Feb 1, and lose another 5 by March 1.
Also want to do more strength training exercises and not all cardio.
