This is one that will benefit the rest of everything I’m trying to accomplish: more energy for family time, more time for exercise and hobbies, better productivity at work.

I average about 5-6 hours of sleep per night now, usual bed time is after midnight (11pm is early for me).

I also want to get better quality sleep – hoping that changes in diet will help that too, like not eating late, etc.
