Yesterday, I had a banana, a peach, half glass of oj and half of a green pepper. Today so far, I’ve had a bunch of strawberries, some cantelope, some honeydew, grapes and a peach, plus a half glass of oj. Fruit is still in the lead.

I ate horribly yesterday. For dinner, I had fries and a frosty dairy dessert. Risick.
BUT I went grocery shopping and bought:
Strawberries
White Flesh Peaches
Oranges
Bananas
Green Peppers
Spinach
Lettuce
Tomatoes
and maybe that’s it.
BUT I made a salad which I am having for lunch today which has spinach, tomatoes, yellow onions, orange peppers, peanuts and raisins in it. I am also having a scallion hummus sandwich with red onions and mustard (sounds bad but is soo good). I also brought five strawberries.
For dinner, I prob won’t do so well bc I have to go out and will prob eat on the run.
I was going to have a salad for lunch but ended up having a cheese sandwich and chips. I originally had onions, tomatoes and pickles on there but I had to take the tomatoes off bc they tasted like ass. I’ll make up for it later.
Last night, I had a sweet potato and corn on the cob with dinner. This morning I am having a fruit salad that has oranges, strawberries, grapes, honeydew and cantelope with breakfast. I also had a half glass of OJ this morning.
Yesterday I had a half glass of orange juice with breakfast, half a tomato, an orange, about four cherries, one strawberry and two raspberries for lunch (with a PB&J). When I went home, I had half an orange pepper and some fresh pineapple.
Today I had half glass of oj with breakfast, half a yellow pepper, an orange, three cherries, and one raspberry with lunch.
I definitely need to start making salads again bc I was getting a lot more veggies.
