Write and record an album

out of about 25, written over the last 18 months or so. that’s a pretty good pace, i’d say. it needs some finishing yeah. but the story is there.

i’ve got a set of 5 songs that flow very well; am working on lyrics now. i think i know in my head where the next five want to go, but i’m not entirely sure. it one of those things where living has to happen first. i feel good enough about these 5, and the bits and pieces that will become the next 5+, that I’d be willing to play / sell them to strangers.

I’ve already got enough material for 3 records, although I’m sure only one good one would come out of all of it, and maybe an EP. Still, recording the demo was fucking hard enough. I understand that it’s important to do things you’re afraid of doing – conquering fear and all. but I’m not sure this is what I want to do now.
