i need to get rid of mine. i spent most of my teenage years weighing Btwn 120-125. after hurting my Back/pelvic area from a car accident when i was 17, i let myself go. at 30 i was told i have a mild case of scoliosis then at 32 it was discovered that i have a thyroid proBlem. all is Better now But i am weighing in at 237 and need to get Back to seeing at least 150 on the scale. im wanting to do it. it is just a matter of getting my fat ass up and doing something aBout it now Before i get older!
