Well, 2 out of 3 times in week 2.
So far this week, I’ve already exercised twice. That’s progress! I think I’ll go for another run tomorrow. It actually felt GOOD to get out and M.O.V.E!
Sheesh. Why can’t I just get myself to do this more often? There are no down sides!

Two out of three workouts done this week. One more to go. I’m having to readjust my goals because of a knee injury. sigh. It’s always something.

This corresponds to my marathon goal. I have run this week (once), am going tonight (twice), and plan on running on Saturday (thrice.)
Woo hoo for me. I’m feeling good about my stick-to-it-iveness.

I did it! I exercised 3 times last week!!! I am so proud of myself I can’t even tell you. My third day was actually a nice 8 mile bike ride along the intercoastal with my family. It was marvelous. I am so proud of myself. (Patting myself on the back! LOL!)
