Week 3 2 years ago

Well, 2 out of 3 times in week 2.

So far this week, I’ve already exercised twice. That’s progress! I think I’ll go for another run tomorrow. It actually felt GOOD to get out and M.O.V.E!

Sheesh. Why can’t I just get myself to do this more often? There are no down sides!



Week 2 report 2 years ago

Two out of three workouts done this week. One more to go. I’m having to readjust my goals because of a knee injury. sigh. It’s always something.



Week 2: Off and running... 2 years ago

This corresponds to my marathon goal. I have run this week (once), am going tonight (twice), and plan on running on Saturday (thrice.)

Woo hoo for me. I’m feeling good about my stick-to-it-iveness.



Week 1: Mission Accomplished 2 years ago

I did it! I exercised 3 times last week!!! I am so proud of myself I can’t even tell you. My third day was actually a nice 8 mile bike ride along the intercoastal with my family. It was marvelous. I am so proud of myself. (Patting myself on the back! LOL!)



One day down 2 years ago

...and two to go. I should have gone for a run today but I found every excuse not to. I need to stop making excuses. Stop waiting for the PERFECT conditions and JUST.DO.IT!
