Depressing

Well, I need to stop looking at the scale and know that I’m getting healthier. My jeans are tighter and the scale is going in the wrong direction.
BUT…I’ve been exercising consistently. I know that my body is more toned and I’m adding muscle mass. Somehow, that doesn’t make me feel any better.
THINK POSITIVE! Time will show the effects of my exercise and healthy eating.
