The Bible compares the tongue to a sword and sometimes I am guilty of being an assasin. Lately I’ve stopped to listen to things I’ve said about people, even people I love, and I am deeply grieved. I want each word out of my mouth to be one that encourages and edifies. I want each thing that I say about someone to be something that I would be proud for them to hear!
